How to Manage Subscription?

PROFI Box subscribers with an active subscription can easily manage their subscription through their account. They can manage their shipping address, payment information, view the transaction history, edit quantity for upcoming orders as well as cancel or skip the upcoming orders. 

  1. Login or create account
    Customers with an existing account can simply login using their email and password. Customers with no account and create a new one using the same email address associated with their initial subscription order.
  2. Manage Subscription
    Click on the "Manage Subscription" button to access a subscription dashboard.
  3. Manage Subscription Page
    Access all the subscription information from this page and make any desired changes.
