Filament Return Procedure
The Customer may be required to return the Product in conjunction with a warranty claim hereunder and should contact Customer Support to obtain the appropriate instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from FilamentOne prior to returning any Product to FilamentOne. All returns require a dated original proof of purchase and a letter explaining the problem. FilamentOne will not be responsible for items returned without an RMA or improperly packaged. Any claims of defects not made within the warranty period shall be expressly waived.
